It's been a busy few weeks, I have been continuing the Spring Track League at Newport Velodrome and with the increase in gear size, i have managed to claim some great top 3 results in the long races such as the Eliminator and Points race.

I'll use this e-mail as a chance to update you on how my progress in my sport has been. As you know, i've taken part in the KALAS Winter Series which is held on Merryfield Airfield. After winning the first round of the series from an attack which i launched from the outset, I was put in the "malliot jaune," The Yellow Leaders Jersey.....

Throughout winter I am travelling to the Welsh National Velodrome in Newport every Tuesday to take part in the popular and competitive Newport City Track League.

I am riding in the A League (the most advanced race group), racing with riders older than me who are riding in British Cycling Talent Programmes and teams.
