TS5C Sponsored Athlete
The flagship fund has already benefited over 130 young athletes from Somerset in a variety of sports. TS5C sponsored athletes have already achieved significant results at both County and National level, and have competed for Team GB in international competitions.

The last time I wrote was following the National Series Race in Scotland. After a credible 5th place, I secured the lead of the British National Series.

This was a good achievement and better than I anticipated. The next race was the 10th July and was the next round in the national series. It was relatively local to me and hoped to show a good result. Starting the race my legs weren't as good as i hoped which was later explained by the development of a virus which plauged me for several months. After a string of antibiotics and regaining my strength, I went on to finish 5th in the British National Series and finished the season by winning a race in the Dave Creasy Track Meet.

This year I start U23 racing and am staying with my current team, Team Corley Cycles.

Winter training has been structured and disciplined and on 10th January, I took part in my first event of the year - the Exeter Wheelers New Years 10 mile TT, which I won with with a long 22.
