"I have just returned from Indianapolis where I competed for British Swimming at the Arena Pro series. I was really pleased with my swims, which were in the middle of a heavy training regime. I am now continuing that block of training back at Bath leading up to the British Championships were I am hoping to gain a place on the British squad for the World Championships.
I am still based at the National Training Centre in Bath under British Swimming head coach Dave Mcnulty. I am currently ranked in the top 6 in all three distances of breaststroke in the open age group. I am on the Podium Potential for Tokyo 2020 and as such have been identified as a medal potential at these Olympics and beyond which has given my the opportunity to attended two altitude camps since September with British Swimming. I am a member of Team GB."
